    *Metro Money Market is an interest-bearing savings account for individuals who want flexibility in funds management. The higher the balance, the more interest earned.

    • $2,500 minimum opening requirement
    • $10 monthly service fee waived with a minimum daily balance of $2,500 or with an average daily collected balance over $5,000
    • Tiered interest rate structure
    • Interest compounded and paid monthly
    • Unlimited in-person transactions at the Bank **

    Installment Savings Account (SCISA) is designed to provide flexibility in financial planning. This unique installment savings plan results in saving a lump sum contract amount at the end of a term by making fixed monthly payments during the term. At maturity, funds can be withdrawn or converted to a regular savings account, or CD, or IRA. SCISA makes it easy for you to set aside money for vacations, home improvements, IRAs and much more.

    • Terms from 1 to 3 years
    • Minimum contract amount of $1,000 (maximum $100,000)
    • Premium interest rate compounded monthly
    • 10-day grace period each month to deposit payments
    • Early withdrawals are subject to interest penalties
    • Option to use MetroBank Online Banking or auto debit service to make deposit installments
