HOUSTON

BRANCH MANAGER (Spring Branch)

  • Minimum 3 years management or supervisory experience in a banking environment.
  • Responsible for managing daily branch operations with focus on efficiency and profitability.
  • Provides leadership and professionalism with a “can do” attitude.
  • Demonstrates initiative using good business judgement in finding solutions to best serve the branch and the bank
  • Responsible for meeting individual and branch sales goals.
  • Ensures that branch employees comply with bank policies and procedures, federal banking laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional training and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in MANDARIN or KOREAN.

CREDIT MONITORING SUPERVISOR (Corp.)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial credit analysis; credit review or credit administration. Prior experience in international trade finance lending preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor or team leader.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Ability to analyze business balance sheets, income statements, tax returns and other financial reports to determine borrower’s ability to generate sufficient cash flow to service debt.
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis software applications such as Baker-Hill or Financial Tools preferred.
  • Technical writing ability to develop written procedures for job functions.
  • Working knowledge of database applications such as Access.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork and presentation skills required.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multi task and maintain team productivity ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel. 

SENIOR COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICERS  

  • Five to ten years commercial lending experience in a banking environment.
  • Strong credit training, loan servicing, and relationship skills essential to this position.
  • Degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi) preferred.

TELLERS (P/T) (Spring Branch)

  • Minimum 1 year teller or heavy cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service and cross selling skills.
  • Must be fluent in MANDARIN.
