HOUSTON

COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICERS

• Minimum five years commercial lending experience in a banking environment.
• Ability to find and generate loans and deposits.
• Strong credit training, loan servicing, and relationship skills essential to this position.
• Degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Bilingual (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Hindi) preferred.

TELLER SUPERVISOR (East)

• Minimum 3 to 5 years teller supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of branch operations, regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Ability to manage daily teller operations within the branch at maximum efficiency.
• Ensure that service quality and performance standards are met in the teller area.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required; must project a professional image.
• Ability to resolve customer and employee issues.
• Bilingual Spanish.

SENIOR TELLER F/T (East)

• Minimum 5 years teller experience required.
• Must have a take charge attitude with proven leadership or supervisory skills; ability to assist the Teller Supervisor as requested.
• Maintains flexibility in regards to scheduling and work assignments.
• Working knowledge of night depository process and procedures including contracts, keys and bags.
• Able to operate the Commercial window, Drive-Thru and vault.
• Knowledge of Reg. CC holds, CTR’s, large items and GL tickets.
• May assist in the training of new tellers.
• Excellent customer service and cross selling skills.
• Bilingual Spanish.
