What to Do in Case of
Fraud
If you think you may
have provided personal or account information in response to
fraudulent email or website, change your password and monitor your
account activity closely and report the case to us at 1-888-414-3556.
If you need
to dispute or suspect fraudulent activity on your debit card,
follow these guides. We can assist with transactions that
occur within 60 days from the date of your statement.
- Call EBU immediate to
cancel the debit card. If this is after business hours
call 713-414-3556, the phone number for Fiserv EFT will be
given.

Fill out the
Affidavit Form and notarize it. The form can be found at
MetroBank intranet under Electronic Banking
- Fill out the Visa
Check Card lost/stolen report. The form can be found at
MetroBank intranet under Electronic Banking.
- Please allow 10
business days (from the receipt of your notification) to
process the Credit. If additional information is required,
EBU representative will contact you.
