    Dear Online Banking Customers:

    We have an important message for you regarding your Online Banking account at MetroBank.

    We have converted to a new and improved Online Banking System as of Monday, November 21st to better serve our customers

    We need your help to double check your account information to ensure quality of the new system.

    It is extremely important that you login to your online banking account, and confirm that all information is correct. 

    Aside from general account information, please review your account transfer and bill-pay set up.

    1. For bank accounts, please check that all bank accounts are correctly set up.
    2. For transfers to external accounts at other banks and financial institutions, please confirm that all preset transfers are in order, and there are no missing transfers or any extraneous transfers. 
    3. For bill-pay, please double check all your preset bill-pays to ensure that they are correct.

    You can also logon to www.metrobank-na.com and click “Tour” under Online Banking to view the instruction video on how to use your new online system.
