    MetroBank’s Cash Manager Plus service includes the reliable basic services you expect, plus additional time-saving services that no business should be without.

    • Account Reconciliation – This fully automated reconciliation service can provide you with detailed reports and consolidated lists of paid checks. This file can interface with your accounting system.
    • Positive Pay – With the ever-growing risk of check fraud, this feature can help to verify all the checks against your outstanding check listing. Any check not on the list is rejected and sent to you to make the pay or return decision.
    • ACH Origination – Automated Clearing House (ACH) Origination allows you to originate electronic debits/credits against your account and an account at other banks with proper authorization. An ACH transfer is commonly used to expedite direct deposit, payroll, collect rent or membership dues.
    • Wire Transfer - Allows you to transfer funds to an account at other financial institutions. You can initiate domestic or international wire transfers without having to leave the office.
    • Sweeps – This feature is used to move money from one internal account to another internal account to keep balances within certain limits. You can set up a sweep so that money is transferred from one business account to another when the balance in the second business checking account rises above or below a specified amount.
    • Stop Payments – Allows you to stop either a single check or a range of checks that have not been paid.
    • Bill Pay – You don’t have to buy stamps, write checks or stuff envelopes with Bill Pay. You can pay your bills online anytime and anywhere you have Internet access.
    • Balance Alert – Automated email alerts help you to stay on top of your financial situation.
    • Remote Deposit – A groundbreaking system that lets you make your check deposits electronically without leaving your office. Just log on to the secure server, run the check through a certified check scanner, click on “DEPOSIT” and the money will be on its way to your account.

    Basic online services are available with all MetroBank business checking accounts including Metro Business Checking, Metro Commercial Checking, and Metro Commercial NOW Account.
