    Telebank

    Telebank is MetroBank’s free, automated service that allows you to access information on your checking and savings accounts, inquire about your Certificate of Deposit or loan payment, and transfer funds. It is available 24 hours a day; 7 days a week from anywhere you have access to a touch-tone phone. You may choose to access your account information in English, Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese by dialing (888) 414-3555.     Online Banking

    Online Banking lets you access your accounts on-line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our user friendly system will guide you step-by-step from simple account inquiries to making loan payments.     VISA® Check Card

    MetroBank VISA Check Card combines all the benefits of our ATM card with the added ability to use it in place of cash or checks at any of the 11 million locations where VISA is accepted.

    It is not a credit card because the funds come directly from your checking account. This means that you can avoid carrying a lot of cash or going through the hassles of having your check approved. It is also great for out-of-state traveling!

    ATM Services

    MetroBank’s ATM card gives you 24-hour instant access to cash from your checking or savings account. For added convenience, all of our ATMs can be accessed in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean. MetroBank customers can withdraw, deposit, and transfer money at any of MetroBank’s Houston or Dallas ATM locations at no charge. Non-MetroBank locations may incur a minimal service fee.

    Direct Deposit

    To make banking as convenient and efficient as possible for your business, MetroBank provides direct deposit service for employers to distribute payroll electronically. (The bank will distribute employees’ payroll and deposit the paychecks directly to employees’ accounts in a timely manner.)
